Offensive subjects: I'm good with mostly everything! And I like putting my characters in awkward/horrible situations so even if he's not going to be okay I'm not going to put a limit on him either, for now. If you yourself would feel better approaching me about it first, then do! If I have issues, I will let you know. Otherwise I think we're good! Will edit if necessary.

Friends/Allies: Gilbert Norrell (hurtfew) is his boss. He's friendly with the other servants of the house and those who will be friendly with him around Norrell (Norrell will probably frown on you being friendly with him, a servant). Otherwise, Childermass is generally a loner.
Enemies: Childermass does not have any enemies, although Norrell makes enemies of people for him.
Relationship status: Forever single. He lives and breathes his job and he doesn't expect anyone to agree to going along with that. He's certainly not going to be changing for anyone else.
Notable physical characteristics: Childermass isn't exactly an attractive man. He's got a rather large, crooked nose, long unkempt dark hair, and dark eyes. His clothes are generally disheveled and look too old for him or second-hand. He's tall and as soon as he opens his mouth, his voice is rough and deep, with an unmistakable Yorkshire accent. He looks very smart and capable, and is even smarter and more capable than he looks. Generally he's smirking or rolling his eyes about something. He does have a bit of an attitude, at times.
Notable magical characteristics: He's only at level 2, but he is a far more capable magician than Norrell will ever give him credit -- indeed as powerful if not more so than Norrell himself. He has a tendency to use a trick of blending in with the shadows when tailing a person, which will of course only be noticeable if one thinks to look for discrepancies in the shadows -- generally he's very good at keeping out of sight, magically and otherwise.
Offensive subjects:
Warnings: You do not have to get on Childermass' bad side to get on his bad side. That is to say, he is Norrell's man, and if Norrell is your enemy, Childermass will be obligated to come after you if he cannot talk Norrell out of it, whether he agrees with it or not.
